How You Want to Hear From Us

Email is your #1 choice — 84% of respondents prefer email for neighborhood news and updates. Email newsletters (40%), the Park Glen website (34%), community signage (31%), and social media (29%) round out the top channels. We’re committed to making sure important information reaches you through the channels you actually use.

The Events You Love Most

We also heard loud and clear that 4th of July fireworks are a community favorite, with dozens of residents writing that in specifically. The good news is our very own PID 6 hosts fireworks each year. Your feedback will help guide our 2026 events calendar.

Safety in Park Glen

More than two-thirds of respondents (72%) are aware of the Fort Worth Police-sponsored volunteer safety programs in Park Glen, including Code Blue–Citizens on Patrol and Neighborhood Watch. For the 28% who weren’t aware, we want to change that! Look for more information about these programs at upcoming events.

What You Want Us to Improve

When asked what one thing Park Glen could improve, 403 of you shared your thoughts. The top themes were:

  1. Roads, streets, and infrastructure — streetlights, sidewalks, speed control, parking
  2. Parks and common areas — trail maintenance, green spaces, playgrounds, fencing
  3. Property maintenance — yard upkeep, overgrown lots, covenant enforcement

These priorities are being discussed by the Board as we plan our focus areas for 2026.
