If you DON’T WANT short term rentals (such as Airbnbs and VRBOs) in Park Glen => vote FOR the amendment.
If you WANT short-term rentals (such as Airbnbs and VRBOs) in Park Glen => vote AGAINST the amendment.
To meet the quorum for the proposed amendment, 25% of our 3,317 homes (which is 830 homeowners) need to vote or be present at the Special Meeting (in-person or online). In order to pass, a majority (more than 50%) of those voting and attending the meeting in-person or online would need to vote in favor of the amendment.
