PGNA Proposed Amendment to Declaration concerning Short Term Rentals (such as AirBnB, VRBO) & Special Meeting on December 6, 2022

It’s time to vote again on the Short Term Rentals Amendment. We need 830 votes to meet the quorum.

Voting will start on October 12, 2022, and last until December 6, 2022, at 7:30 pm Central Time.

Information on the December 6 Special Meeting and voting, including your Voter ID and Voter Key in order to vote online, were mailed to you on October 12 via USPS and by email if registered with PGNA.

At this Special Meeting, a vote on a proposed amendment to the Park Glen Phase 2 Association Declaration, concerning leasing (short term rentals, such as AirBnb, VRBO) will be held and the results will be presented. The proposed amendment requires leasing (rentals) to be for six (6) months or more, among other leasing requirements..

(near north end of Park Vista Blvd.) Room E100 in the Main Building.
The closest parking to the Main Building Entrance door is the southeast parking lot along Desert Falls Dr (second drive from Park Vista).

Homeowners can vote:

  • -electronically (online)
  • by directed proxy
  • or in-person at the December 6th Special Meeting at 7pm.
Information on how to vote by these voting options will be mailed via USPS to all homeowners on October 12, 2022, and by email (if email is on file with PGNA), on October 12, 2022.

The proposed amendment to the Park Glen Phase 2 Association Declaration concerns leasing (short-term rentals, such as Airbnb, VRBO). The proposed amendment requires leasing (rentals) to be for six (6) months or more, among other leasing requirements. The proposed amendment is here. If you DON’T WANT short term rentals (such as Airbnbs and VRBOs) in Park Glen => vote FOR the amendment.


If you WANT short-term rentals (such as Airbnbs and VRBOs) in Park Glen => vote AGAINST the amendment.


To meet the quorum for the proposed amendment, 25% of our 3,317 homes (which is 830 homeowners) need to vote or be present at the Special Meeting (in-person or online). In order to pass, a majority (more than 50%) of those voting and attending the meeting in-person or online would need to vote in favor of the amendment.
