Our Board Election Is Underway 

Our annual Board of Directors election is underway, and we want every homeowner to vote.

Here’s what to expect:

Watch your mailbox in late July. YesElections will mail every homeowner a ballot packet in a white envelope marked “PARK GLEN NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION” with “Ballot Enclosed” in red. Inside you’ll find your Election Code, Voting PIN, a paper ballot, a return envelope, and information about the candidates. Please don’t mistake it for junk mail!

Voting opens July 29, 2026, and runs through our Annual Meeting on Tuesday, September 1, 2026.

Several ways to vote: online, by mail, by ballot drop-off, by proxy, or in person at the Annual Meeting. Full instructions will come with your packet and in our follow-up posts.

Why it matters: We need at least 10% of homeowners to participate to reach quorum and officially elect our new Board. Every vote counts, and you can even cast a “quorum-only” vote if you’d rather not choose specific candidates.
