Zoning Change Request ZC-24-022

On July 10th the City Zoning Commission recommended denial of the rezoning request ZC-24-022.

The zoning case will be heard at the August 13th City Council Meeting, 6pm.

The Park Glen HOA Board, on 6-18-24 recommened for the second time denial of this rezoning request and sent this email letter to the email addresses below.

Information on Migratory Birds

Information on the Annual Meeting and how to vote in the election will be sent by US Mail on August 7th, and by email (will say from Park Glen Election Admin) on August 9th to those homeowners whose email addresses are registered with PGNA.
Information on Mailbox Clusters
As you may know, many homeowners are required to maintain their mailbox clusters throughout the community but have failed to do so. Accordingly, the Association will continue to use Association funds, at no additional cost to the owners, to make repairs to the mailbox clusters. The Association will be looking at mailbox clusters that are leaning more than 5 degrees or more, have missing and/or cracked or broken bricks, or in which the structural integrity is significantly damaged.
